Children Exposed to Prevent Asthma, Consumption Nuts In Pregnancy

Nutrition and nutrition are to be fulfilled during pregnancy. Health risks conceived fetus will be reduced if you get a balanced nutritional intake. Therefore pregnant women should be more careful in choosing food.
According to research, eating peanuts at least once a week during pregnancy, it can reduce the risk of developing asthma in children. The new research is part of the National Birth Cohort Danis based on data from 61 000 women were analyzed.
As reported by the Daily Express, before women have been advised to avoid eating peanuts during pregnancy and while breast-feeding if they or their husbands have allergies. Parents are also advised to not give peanuts to children until they are at least 3 years old.
But in 2008, the Food Safety Agency is precisely recommends nuts. Now the Department of Health claims that women can choose to eat peanuts or foods containing nuts as part of a healthy and balanced diet, except if the doctors do not recommend.
"The effect of diet on the health of pregnant women against children continues to be debated." Said Malayka Rahman, from Asthma UK. The research was published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
